Process
- STEP 1: Client provides information (description, supporting images) for the stained glass artwork that they would like to have made.
- STEP 2: Sarah Evans Glass Art provides an estimate based on the information provided by the client.
- STEP 3: Client pays 25% deposit via e-transfer to sarahevansglassart@gmail.com.
- STEP 4: Sarah Evans Glass Art provides the design for the stained glass artwork including descriptions of glass and any other accessories .
- STEP 5: Client approves the design.
- STEP 6: Sarah Evans Glass Art creates the stained glass art piece based on the approved design.
- STEP 7: Final payment is due on receipt of product if being delivered or prior to shipping. Sarah Evans Glass Art provides free local delivery. If shipping is required the client is responsible for shipping costs. A shipping estimate can be requested as part of the initial commission estimate (Step 2) otherwise it will be added to the invoice for final payment.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? If a stained glass piece that you saw at a market, retail location or on our website is no longer available I would love to make one for you. Please contact sarahevansglassart@gmail.com to place your order.
